Access to Email

for an HMS Email Account
Harvard Medical School provides email accounts to quad based faculty, all staff and all HMS students with a valid Harvard ID. Usage of the HMS email system indicates that you will abide by this policy. Once your appointment or job at HMS ends, your email and all related services such as mailing lists and dial-up access will be terminated.

Requesting Telephone Service
As of July 1, 2012, the Harvard University Information Technology (HUIT) Telecommunications Office will provide telephone services and support to Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. The HUIT Telecommunications Office is open during business hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. You can reach this office by phone, email or the web.

The HMS IT Help Desk serves the faculty and staff of HMS and HSDM via phone, email and fax.

- Client Services Representatives
All Client Service Representatives (CSRs) are assigned to a specific HMS/HSDM department or location. Having a specific CSR dedicated to a particular area enables the CSG to provide consistent and personalized service for all of our clients.
